Lately life's jumps
for attention
have steered me far
from the realm of writing...
I've almost forgotten
I have a blog
somewhere
laying in wait
abandoned
in the frenzy
calling
my name...
even the photograph is not
let to beckon
these days
although the beauty
still surrounds me
@ this time when the leaves
are dying and
their brilliant orange yellow red mantle
flashes opulence
before the fall.......
yet...somewhere the spark
shimmers still
the urge to pause
from life's diversions...
take a deep one...
let the words flow
